摘  要:以Fe3O4纳米粒为原料,采用单体苯胺及吡咯进行表面原位聚合反应,分别制备了Fe3O4/聚苯胺(PANI)及Fe3O4/聚吡咯(PPY)两种复合纳米材料,经XRD、FT-IR、SEM表征,表明Fe3O4/PANI复合纳米微球粒径为40~60nm,Fe3O4/PPY纳米材料大小为100nm左右。研究发现在制备过程中,所得复合纳米材料的形貌受添加到聚合反应中十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)阳离子表面活性剂的影响显著,在无CTAB的制备过程中,复合纳米材料形成纳米颗粒结构,而在加入CTAB的过程中,所得复合材料则呈丝状纳米结构。结果表明,可以通过调整CTAB的加入与否达到控制Fe3O4/PANI、PPY复合纳米材料形貌的目的。The Fe3 O4/PANI and PPY nanocomposites were prepared from the Fe3 O4 nanoparticles through the in situ polymerization process of aniline and pyrrole,and the two nanocomposites were characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The particle size of Fe3O4/PANI nanocomposites was 40-60 nm,and the size of Fe3O4/PPY nanocomposites was approximately 100 nm.It was found that the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) added in the polymerization process had a great influence on the shapes and particle sizes of the obtained nanocomposites of Fe3O4/PANI or PPY.As a result,the polymerization reaction formed the granular structure of PANI and PPY in the process without CTAB,by contrast,it formed the filamentous structures in the process with CTAB.The result indicated that the shapes and particle sizes of the Fe3O4/PANI and PPY nanocomposites can be controlled through simply adjust the CTAB.
