摘 要:采用不同单体浓度的聚苯胺包覆碳微球与PET共混后制得PANI-CMSs/PET阻燃复合材料,研究了单体浓度对阻燃复合材料性能的影响,同时分析了复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能及导电性能。结果表明:当单体浓度为1.5mol/L时,阻燃复合材料的拉伸强度达到39.78MPa,冲击强度为3.48kJ/m2,此时电阻率最低,导电性能最好,极限氧指数达到32.02%,PET的阻燃性能提高47.6%。Different monomer concentrations of polyaniline (PANI) was coated on the surface of carbon microspheres,then PANI-CMSs/PET flame retardant composite materials were obtained by blending PANI-CMSs with PET.The effects of monomer concentration on the properties of PANI-CMSs/PET composite materials were studied.Moreover,the properties of PANI-CMSs/PET were measured,including the mechanical properties,the limiting oxygen index and the electrical conductivity.The results showed when the monomer concentration of PANI was 1.5 mol/ L,PANI-CMSs/PET materials had tensile strength of 39.78 MPa,impact strength of 3.48 kJ/m2 and better electrical conductivity with minimum resistivity.In addition,compared with pure PET,the limiting oxygen index of PANI-CMSs/PET of 32.02% was increased by 47.6%.
