中文版糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗满意度量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的引进和修订适合于评价中国糖尿病患者的胰岛素治疗满意度量表(insulin treatment satisfaction questionnaire,ITSQ)。方法首先对ITSQ进行翻译、回译和文化调适,然后用所形成的中文版ITSQ对便利抽取的山东省3所三级甲等医院的161例胰岛素使用者进行调查,对量表的信度和效度进行评定。结果因子分析提取5个公因子,解释变异量为67.642%,且各条目在其相应维度上均有较高的因子负荷。调整后的量表Cronbachα系数为0.821,各维度的Cronbachα系数分别为0.881、0.844、0.779、0.761、0.692,折半信度为0.865。结论中文版ITSQ具有较好的信效度,适合在接受胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者中推广应用。Objective To introduce and revise the insulin treatment satisfaction questionnaire （ITSQ） for Chinese diabetes patients. Methods The research consists three steps： firstly, translation, back translation and culture adaptation were used; then the Chinese version questionnaire was applied to 161 diabetes patients treated with insulin from magnet hospitals in Shandong province; eventually, the reliability and validity of the Chinese version was evaluated. Results The varimax rotation factor analysis of the scale identified 5 principal factors and explained for 67. 642 ~ variances. The Cronbach a coefficient was 0. 821 for the whole scale and 0. 881, 0. 844, 0. 779, 0. 761 and 0. 692 for the subscales respectively. The split- half coefficient of the adjusted scale was 0. 865. Conclusion The Chinese version of ITSQ is valid and reliable and it is applicable to a wide range of insulin therapies.
