九种中药煎液对猪大肠杆菌的体外抑菌作用

摘　　要：从牡丹区某一猪场患仔猪黄痢病的猪粪便样品中,分离获得细菌样品,经过形态学、培养特性、生化试验鉴定为大肠杆菌。将九味中药大黄、白芍、连翘、黄连、石菖蒲、艾叶、侧柏叶、夏枯草、黄芩煎液浓缩,取直径6 mm的无菌滤纸片制成药敏片,进行药敏试验,大黄抑菌圈直径为9 mm、白芍13 mm、连翘8 mm、黄连19 mm、石菖蒲8 mm、艾叶9.5 mm、侧柏叶10 mm、夏枯草11.3 mm、黄芩11.6 mm,结果表明黄连的抑菌圈最大。The bacteriological samples were seperated from scour fecal samples in neonatal colibacillosis of one pig farm at Peony District.After the morphological examination, the culture characteristics and chemical experiment,the bacterial were identified as E.coli. Condense the boiled nine decoction solution of Chinese herbal medicine which include the Rheum Rhaponticum , White Paeony Root, Forsythia suspensa, Coptis teeta, Acorus gramineus, Argy Wormwood Leaf, Platychadus orientalis , Prunella vulgaris , Scutellaria baicalensis, and then made drug sensitive disks by the sterile paper, the diameter of them were 6mm..After the drug sensitive test, the diameter of the inhibition zone were as follows： Rheum Rhaponticum 9mm, White Paeony Root 13mm, Forsythia suspensa 8mm, Coptis chinensis Franch 19mm, Acorus tatarinowii Schott 8mm, Argy Wormwood Leaf 9.5mm, Platychadus orientalis lOmm, ,Prunella vulgarisll.3mm, Scutellaria baicalensis 11.6mm.The result showed that the Coptis teeta had the biggest diameter.
