摘 要:爆炸近区试验中,强烈的瞬时振动常对测量冲击波压力的传感器造成严重干扰甚至将其损坏。为避免这种现象,设计了一种灵活性较好的隔振结构,通过现场爆炸试验,将采取隔振措施的传感器和非隔振传感器获取测试数据进行比较,并利用某级间段爆炸分离试验进行验证。结果表明:该隔振措施效果显著,能够抑制部分或完全消除振动噪声的干扰。In the near-field blast zone experiment, strong instantaneous vibration often cause severe interference and even damage to trans- ducers measuring shock pressure. To avoid the phenomenon, a better flexibility of isolator structure was designed. The data from the field blast test was compared and analyzed to transducers with vibration isolation and transducers without vibration isolation, and the isolator structure was verified by an inter-level segment explosive separation test. The results show that the obvious effect of the vibration isolation measures can partially inhibit or completely eliminate vibration interference.
