TCDTO-1型芳烃精制催化剂在中海油惠州炼化分公司的应用

摘　　要：中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼化分公司在芳烃联合装置上应用以分子筛为活性组分的TCDTO-1型催化剂脱除重整生成油中的微量烯烃。结果表明,TCDTO-1催化剂活性高,稳定性好,副反应少,单程使用寿命超过330天;即使不用白土塔,TCDTO-1催化剂塔单塔运行,也可将溴价[m(Br2)/m(芳烃)]高达7.149 mg/g的芳烃处理成溴价为0.379 mg/g的芳烃。A new catalyst TCDTO - I with molecu- lar sieve as active component was applied to the re- moval of trace olefin from reformate in the aromatics combination unit of Huizhou Refinery. The results showed that the catalyst TCDTO - 1 owned excellent features, such as high activity, good stability, less side reactions and long single pass life more than 330 days. In the case of single TCDTO - 1 catalyst tower operation without the cooperation of clay cata- lyst tower, it could process the aromatics with bromine number [ m （ Br2 ）/m （aromatics） ] up to 7.14 mg/g into the aromatics with bromine number 0. 379 mg/g during the middle and last periods of TCDTO- 1 catalyst.
