摘 要:再生混凝土足尺构件受力性能试验以往很少。进行了3个再生混凝土柱和1个普通混凝土柱足尺试件单向重复荷载下轴心受压性能比较试验。各试件混凝土强度均为C40,3个再生混凝土柱试件中,1个为半再生混凝土柱、1个为全再生混凝土柱、1个为全再生混凝土箍筋加密柱。基于试验,比较分析了各试件的承载力、延性、刚度及破坏特征。研究表明:再生混凝土柱轴心受压下,其损伤过程与破坏特征和普通混凝土柱类似;再生混凝土柱的延性比普通混凝土柱略好;再生混凝土柱轴心受压承载力计算,可近似采用现行规范相关公式计算,公式中混凝土设计强度应乘以折减系数,以考虑再生混凝土长期工作性能影响。There is little research on mechanical behaviors of full scale recycled concrete columns.This paper presents tests on the axial compression behavior of three full scale recycled concrete columns and one common concrete column under monotonic cyclic loading.The C40 concrete is adopted for all specimens.Among three recycled concrete columns,one is the half recycled concrete column,one is the full recycled concrete column and another is the full recycled concrete column with higher hoop ratio.Based on the test,the load-bearing capacity,ductility,stiffness and failure characteristics were compared and analyzed.Research shows:(1)when the recycled concrete column is under axial compression load,the damage process and failure characteristics are similar to the common concrete column; (2) the ductility of the recycled concrete column is better than that of common concrete column.It is confirmed that the formulas in the existing design code can be used to estimate the axial compression strength of the recycled concrete column approximately.However,in order to consider the impact of the long-term performance of the recycled concrete,the reduction factor should be adopted in the design formulas.
