摘 要:工程中应用较多的传统齿板的形状通常为矩形,板齿在矩形齿板上均匀排布。但规则排布的齿在受力上并不均匀,近接缝处板齿受力大,远接缝处板齿受力小。这样远离接缝处板齿的承载力并没有被充分利用。针对这种现象,提出了六边形齿板的方案,将齿板形状改进为六边形,使板齿受力均匀,板齿承载力能得到充分利用。依据我国现行《木结构设计规范》中齿板连接节点的试验要点,用钉子模拟齿板的齿,分别对普通齿板、六边形齿板的板齿极限承载力进行了测试。在试验的基础上,对数据进行了统计分析,并将两组齿板的承载力进行对比。分析结果表明六边形齿板的抗拉承载力和抗剪承载力较普通齿板都有明显提高,而且改进后的齿板连接节点具有良好的延性和抗震性能。The ordinary metal plates widely used is a rectangle shape with evenly assigned teeth.However,when the evenly assigned teeth is unevenly loaded,the teeth nearby the joint carry larger forces,while those far away from the joint carry smaller forces.Therefore,the bearing capacity of the teeth is not fully used.In order to deal with this phenomenon,the hexagonal shape metal plates were designed.Following the Test of Metal Plate Connected Joint in the Code for Design of Timber Structure,GB 50005-2003,this paper introduces the ultimate bearing capacity tests on ordinary metal plates and hexagonal shaped metal plates.The testing results indicate that the shearing and tensile bearing capacity of hexagonal shaped metal plates are much higher than the ordinary metal plates.Moreover,this type of new joints have high ductility and good seismic performances.
