摘 要:2012年10月和2013年1月、4月,在福建洛阳江口红树林自然保护区的桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)树林中,设采样站位3个,研究该红树林中小型底栖动物的数量分布和类群组成.结果表明:3个站位共发现小型底栖动物类群11个,其中自由生活海洋线虫是最优势的类群,占总丰度的92.94%,底栖桡足类居第二位,占总丰度的5.24%.在不同季节,线虫均占据绝对优势,桡足类其次.线虫在春季丰度最高,为(90.5±15.5)ind/cm2,而秋季最低,为(20.9±6.4)ind/cm2.小型底栖动物的丰度存在明显的季节差异.在不同站位,小型底栖动物的丰度在(97.4±28.3)^(38.9±24.3)ind/cm2之间,各站点间的丰度不存在显著差异.共鉴定线虫419条,分属于27属13科,其中有9个属是不同站位所共有的.按优势度从高到低排序,前五名依次是Sabatieria、Parasphaerolaimus、Adoncholaimus、Parodontophora、Terschellingia和Viscosia(并排第五).摄食类型为非选择性沉积食性者的数量占绝对优势,说明泉州洛阳江红树林核心区的自由生活海洋线虫主要以腐烂的有机碎屑为食.During October of 2012 and January and April of 2013, an investigation was conducted concerning the meiofauna inhabiting a mangrove of Aegiceras corniculatum located on the Luoyang River. Three sites were sampled to study meiofaunal abundance and groupings. The results showed: Eleven meiofaunal groups were observed inhabiting the investigated area. Free-living marine nematodes were the most dominant group, and accounted for 92.94% of the total abundance. Copepods were the second largest group, forming 5.24%. In different seasons, the most abundant group, consisted of nematodes, copepods made up the second largest group. The greatest density of nematodes was (90. 5 ± 15.5) ind/cm^2 during spring, the minimum density was (20. 9 ± 6.4) ind/cm^2 in autumn. The seasonal fluctuation in meiofauna abundance was evident. Meiofauna densities within all sampling areas There was no significant difference among stations. ranged from ( 97. 4 ± 28.3 ) to (38.9 ± 24. 3 ) ind/cm^2. 419 nematodes were identified, belonging to 27 genera and 13 families. Nine genera were common among sampling sites. The most common genera were Sabatieria,Parasphaerolaimus , Adoncholaimus , Parodontophora , Terschellingia and Viscosia , in turn. Non-selective deposit feeder was the dominant trophic type; it may be concluded that the nematodes feed on organic debris in the core region of the Luoyang River Mangrove.
