摘  要:高压电气设备实时红外诊断系统采用轨道滑车移动红外摄像头,实现连续对高压电气设备进行温度状态采集,并与可见光系统融合实现双视,提高监测准确性、灵活性和全面性,以保证设备安全稳定运行。系统利用取得的温度状态数据进行智能对比和分析,在设备温度出现异常时进行报警;并将报警信号共享,为视频监控系统和智能辅助系统的报警提供数据。温度数据和报警状态分类记录和储存,在软件上实现红外监测系统与变电站智能辅助系统的整合,最终实现整个系统资源共享,对变电站运行环境、辅助设施、高压运行设备的监测,协同工作。Real time infrared diagnosis system of high voltage electric equipment adopts rail pulley mobile infrared camera, that realizes the continuous temperature state acquisition of high voltage electrical equipment, and with the fusion of visible light system to realize the double vision, improve the monitoring accuracy, flexibility and comprehen- siveness, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment. The system conducts intelligent comparison and analysis using temperature data obtained, alarms when device temperature appears anomalies;and the alarm sig- nal will be shared, and provide data for alarm video monitoring system and intelligent support system. Temperature data and alarm status classification record and store, realize the integration of infrared monitoring system and substation intelligent auxiliary system in the software, realize the sharing of the system resources, monitoring of substation operation environment, supporting facilities and operation of high-voltage equipment as well as collaborative work.
