摘　　要：目的:了解中医药治疗慢性湿疹的临床研究中方法学运用现状,并提供较为可靠的评价和建议。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、VIP数据库,检索2003年1月—2013年1月间文献,根据循证医学及临床流行病学评价文献质量的原则和方法,对各数据库中公开发表的运用中医药治疗慢性湿疹的临床研究文献进行全面检索和方法学质量评价。结论:中医药治疗慢性湿疹在临床上取得了一定成绩,但其随机对照试验方法学质量仍然有待提高。Objective：To survey the current situation of methodological application in clinical research of Chinese medicine treatment for chronic eczema, and provide more reliable evaluations and suggestions. Methods ： China Academic Journals Full - text Database （CNKI）, VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals Database and CBM were retrieved. And literatures were gotten retrieval from January 2003 to January 2013. According to the methods and principles to evaluate the literature quality in evidence - based medicine and clinical epidemiology, getting a quality evaluation of published literatures about traditional Chinese medicine treatment for chronic eczema. Conclusion：Achievements have been obtained in clinical treatment of chronic eczema in traditional Chinese medicine. But the quality of which in randomized controlled trial and methodology remains to be improved.
