香砂六君子汤治疗功能性消化不良脾胃虚弱型临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察香砂六君子汤加味治疗功能性消化不良（FD）脾胃虚弱型的临床疗效。方法：将60例FD脾胃虚弱型患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例以香砂六君子汤加味配方颗粒治疗，每日1剂，水冲服，分早晚2次温服。对照组多潘立酮片10mg，饭前10～30min服用，每日3次。两组均2周为1个疗程，2个疗程评价疗效。观察两组临床疗效及随访6个月的复发情况。结果：治疗组总有效率90％，对照组总有效率67％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组亦在症状积分改善方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：香砂六君子汤可提高FD脾胃虚弱型患者临床疗效及改善症状，缩短病程，降低复发率。Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） of spleen-stomach deficiency type. Methods ：60 patients with FD of spleen-stomach deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group,30 cases treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction, one dose a day, morning and evening. Control group used domperidone tablets 10 mg,taking 10 ~ 30 min before meals three times a day. Both groups were two weeks as a course of treatment. Clinical efficacy and recurrence during followed-up six months were evaluated. Results ： The total effective rate was 90 % in treatment group and in the control group was 67%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） ;treatment group also superiorly improved symptom score than the control group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy and improvement of patients with FD of spleen-stomach deficiency type, shorten the course, and reduce the relapse rate.
