龚丽娟益肾清利法治疗慢性肾炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察龚丽娟教授益肾清利法基本方加减与该院临床常用的其他中医治法治疗慢性肾炎的疗效。方法:临床将80例患者随机分为观察组40例,予益肾清利法基本方加减治疗;对照组40例,予该院临床常用的其他中医治法治疗。结果:观察组与对照组在控制蛋白尿、减少尿红细胞计数以及改善中医临床证候方面均有效,且观察组优于对照组。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:龚丽娟教授益肾清利法治疗慢性肾炎优于该院临床常用的其他中医治法。Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of professor GONG Lijuan＇s tonifying kidney and clearing method, and other treatment of TCM our hospital used in treating chronic nephritis. Methods ：80 patients were randomly divided into the obser- vation group of 40 cases treated with tonifying kidney and clearing method, and the control group of 40 cases treated with other treatment of TCM our hospital used. Results ： Two groups were in the control of proteinuria, reduced urinary red blood cell count and improved clinical syndrome of TCM and the observation group was better than control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion：Professor GONG Lijuan＇s tonifying kidney and clearing method was better than other treatment of TCM our hospital used in treating chronic nephritis.
