清热活血方熏洗治疗在混合痔术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热活血方熏洗治疗对缓解混合痔术后肛门不适的临床疗效。方法:68例混合痔术后患者在常规治疗基础上,辅助中药熏洗,分别观察术后第2天、第7天排便时、温水清洗后、中药熏洗后的肛门疼痛程度及舒适度。结果:与温水清洗相比,中药熏洗能明显减轻肛门疼痛,提高舒适度,经比较,在术后第2天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在术后第7天,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热活血方能有效缓解混合痔术后肛门疼痛和不适,尤其是早期。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of fumigation and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood cir- culation formula after mixed hemorrhoidectomy. Methods ：68 patients suffered from＇ mixed hemorrhoids were treated by fumigation and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation formula after surgery. The symptoms of pain and discomfort were scored on the secor^d, and se＇~er^th days dttring defecatiorL, after water clea^g, and after Chirtese herbal fumigatior~ and wash- ing. Results ： Compared with water cleaning, the symptom scores were lower after Chinese herbal fumigation and washing, signifi- candy different on the second day（P 〈 0. 05）, but not significantly different on the seventh day（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Fumiga- tion and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation formula can effectively relieve pain and discomfort after mixed hemorrhoidectomy, especially in the early stage.
