蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对老年高血压患者踝臂指数及高敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对老年高血压患者踝臂指数(ABI)及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。方法:将202例高血压患者随机分为试验组104例、对照组98例。两组均给予常规抗高血压治疗,试验组给予蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊1.2 g,口服,每天3次。连续用药12周。检测两组患者血压、ABI、hs-CRP、Hcy的变化及观察有无不良反应。结果:两组患者ABI均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较,试验组ABI改善更为明显(P<0.05);两组hs-CRP、Hcy均较治疗前有所下降(P<0.01),试验组与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血压均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后两组血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊能降低老年高血压患者hs-CRP、Hcy水平,改善其动脉硬化程度。Objective：To observe the effect of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule on ankle -brachial index （ABI）, high -sensi- tivity C - reactive protein（ hs - CRP） and homocysteine （Hcy） of elderly patients with high blood pressure. Methods ：202 patients with high blood pressure were randomly divided into two groups： 104 patients in the test group and 98 patients in the control group. Both groups were treated with conventional antihypertensive treatment, and the test group also orally took 1.2 g of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu capsule,three times a day and continued for 12 weeks. Patients in both groups were monitored for any changes of their blood pressure, ABI, hs- CRP, Hcy and presence of adverse reactions. Results：Patients in both groups showed improved ABI than that before treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the test group improved more significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） than the control group after treatment ;hs- CRP and Hcy of two groups were both decreased than those before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, the test group and the control group showed statistically significant difference after treatment （P 〈 O. 05）. Patients in both groups had a decreased blood pressure after treatment than before （P 〈 0. 05）, while the test group and the control group didnt show any statistically difference （P 〈 0. 05） ;those two groups of patients had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion：Zhilong Huoxue Huayu capsule can re- duce hs - CRP and Hcy levels of elderly hypertensive patients and improve their degree of arteriosclerosis.
