摘　　要：目的:研究狼毒大戟根的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱和凝胶柱层析进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:23(Z)-环阿尔廷-23-稀-3β,25-二醇(1)、22(E)-环阿尔廷-22-稀-3β,25-二醇(2)、Jolkinolide B(3)、2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-醛基苯乙酮(4)、β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(5)、Antiquorin(6)、二十四亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(7)。结论:化合物7为首次从绿玉树中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. Methods：The chemical constituents were isolated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by physi- cal and spectral analyses. Results：Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 23 （Z） -cycloart -23 -en -313,25 -diol （ 1 ）, 22 （E） - cycloart - 22 - en - 313,25 - diol （ 2 ）, Jolkinolide B （ 3 ）, 2,4 - dihydroxy - 6 - methoxy - 3 - formyl - 1 - aceto- phenone （4）, 13 - Amyrin acetate （5）, Antiquorin （6）, 24 - methylenecycoartanol （ 7 ）. Conclusion ： Compound 7 was isolated from the title plant for the first time.
