摘  要:以广东省田径运动管理中心教练员为研究对象,从运动队的发展战略目标出发,运用特尔菲法构建了教练员执教绩效考评指标,包括运动员成绩、教练员成绩、运动员选材、训练与比赛、管理行为、公共关系6大类23个绩效指标。利用层次分析法统计出各个指标的权重,并在此基础上建立了高水平教练员执教能力量化评价的数学模型及相应的二级指标评价模型,实现了教练员劳动成果与劳动过程分层绩效考核的准确量化,弥补了传统考核方式的不足。结果显示该模型能够定量显示高水平教练员执教能力,可信度高。Administrative Center of Guangdong Province as the research object, starting from the strategic objectives of the sports teams, analyzed Coaches in performance appraisal indicators, including athletic performance, the performance of coach, athlete selection, training and competition, management behavior, public relationship of six categories of 23 performance indi- cators, using AHP statistical weights of the various indicators, and on this basis to establish a quantitative evaluation of mathe- matical models of the horizontal coaches and their corresponding second level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, so that the fruits of labor of the coaches and the stratification of the labor process performance accurately quantify, make up for the lack of the traditional evaluation methods. The results show that the model can quantitatively show high levels Coaches actual evaluation scores, the results of the evaluation credibility.
