摘 要:以甲基三氯硅烷和无水乙醇为原料,采用醇解反应结合氨气中和法合成了甲基三乙氧基硅烷。探讨了加料方式、滴加温度、反应温度、反应时间、原料配比及氨气流量对产品产率的影响。结果表明,与不加氨气相比,通入氨气可使甲基三乙氧基硅烷产率提高近20%。最优实验条件是:甲基三氯硅烷滴加到无水乙醇中、滴加温度控制在0℃左右、滴加时间2h、反应温度40~44℃、反应时间3h、乙醇与甲基三氯硅烷的量之比为2.8、氨气流量控制在0.7L/min,此时产率可达75%。Methyl triethoxysilane was prepared by alcoholysis combining with ammonia neutralization method. The effects of feeding order, condensation temperature, reaction temperature and time, material rati- o, and flow rate of ammonia on the yield of product was investigated. Results show that ammonia will raise the yield of methyl triethoxysilane nearly 20% compare with those without ammonia. When methyl trichlorosilane is dropped into ethanol, it keeps the condensation temperature at 0 ℃, reaction temperature at 40-44 ℃, drop time and reaction time at 2 hours and 3 hours respectively, the mole ratio of ethanol and methyl trichlorosilane at 2.8, the flow rate of ammonia controlled at 0. 7 L/min, and the maximal yield of the product will up to 75%.
