铂-1,3-二乙烯基-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷中铂的测定

摘　　要：利用X射线光电子能谱（XPS）测试了铂-1，3-二乙烯基-1，1，3，3-四甲基二硅氧烷中铂的存在价态，采用X射线荧光分析（XRF）测试了其中铂的含量。结果表明，铂-1，3-二乙烯基-1，1，3，3-四甲基二硅氧烷中铂的价态与在其配合物中的含量相关：铂含量高，价态高，在配合物中表现为＋2价；铂含量低，价态低，在配合物中表现为0价。XRF测试铂含量时，铂的质量浓度在0．375～7．5mg／mL范围内时标准曲线的线性良好，相关系数为0．9983；当配合物中的铂含量低时，XRF测量值与设计值几乎没有差异。The valence states as well as the content of the platinum in platinum - 1,3 - divinyl - 1,1,3, 3 - tetramethyldisiloxane were analyzed by both X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） and X - ray fluores- cence （XRF） analysis. Results showed that there were two valence states of platinum in Pt（0） and Pt（＋2） in platinum - 1,3 - divinyl - 1,1,3,3 - tetramethyldisiloxane and the valence form and content in the comple- xes were correlated. The mass ratio of the contents of Pt（＋2）：Pt（0） increases with increasing the platinum concentration. The XRF test calibration curve shows the best linear regression with the mass concentration of platinum in the range of 0. 375 - 7.5 mg/mL with a linear correlation coefficient of 0. 9983. Furthermore, the concentration of the platinum in the coordination complex measured by XRF is almost the same as the loading concentration of the platinum at low platinum loadings.
