摘 要:向混凝土掺入一定比例的聚乙烯醇纤维、硅烷乳液,制成内掺硅烷整体防水增强水泥基试件。通过四点弯曲试验测定试件在不同弯曲应力水平下的抗水渗透性能、抗氯离子渗透性能。结果表明,试件的抗渗透性能随着弯曲应力水平的提高而降低;提高试件的养护时间可提高其抗渗透性能;在应力水平相同、养护时间相同条件下,内掺硅烷试件的水分侵入总量、毛细吸收系数、氯离子侵入量均有较大幅度的降低;其中28天养护期试件在弯曲应力达到极限应力的30%时,内掺硅烷试件的毛细吸水系数比空白试件降低41.3倍。PVA-SHCC integral waterproofing sample was prepared by mixing the polyvinyl alcohol fiber and silane emulsion into the concrete. The property of the resistant to water permeability and resistance to chloride ion penetration of the samples were tested by four-point bending test. Result shows that the permeabil- ity of the samples decreases as the bending stress increases. Prolonging the curing period could promote the anti-permeability of the sample. Under the same curing time and stress conditions, the silane emulsion can ef- fectively improve the water permeability resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance, whose moisture in- trusion, capillary absorption coefficient and chloride ion penetration volume were significantly reduced. When the bending stress of the sample reaches 30% of the limiting stress after 28 days curing period, the capillary absorption coefficient of the sample with silane emulsion descends 41.3 times lower than that of the blank one.
