摘　　要：综述留置胃管导致医院获得性肺部感染(ALI)的预防现状,包括ALI的发生率及其诊断、ALI的危害、引发ALI的相关因素及预防,指出ALI的发生与留置胃管相关,缩短留置时间可减少ALI的危险因素。It reviewed the status quo of prevention of hospitalacquired lung infections （ALI） induced by indwelling stomach tube,including the incidence and diagnosis of ALI, harm of ALI, related factors and prevention of ALI.
