摘　　要：[目的]总结151例经皮肾穿刺活检术病人的护理。[方法]对151例住院接受经皮肾穿刺活检术病人给予全面细致的宣教、术前准备、术中护理、术后护理。[结果]151例病人均穿刺成功,出现肉眼血尿2例,肾包膜下血肿1例,未见术后感染、大出血等并发症的发生。[结论]加强经皮肾穿刺活检术病人的护理是穿刺成功的保证。Objective：To summarize the nursing care of 151 cases of patients receiving percutaneous renal biopsy. Methods：A total of 151 cases of hospitalized patients receiving percutaneous renal biopsy were given a comprehensive and detailed mission, preoperative preparation, intraoperative care and postoperative care. Results：The punctures in 151 cases of patients were successful,gross hematuria occurred in two cases, renal subcapsular hematoma in a case, no postoperative infection and major bleeding occurred. Conclusion：To strengthen the nursing care of patients receiving percutaneous renal biopsy is a guarantee of successful puncture.
