摘　　要：随着社会的发展和科学技术的不断进步,工业建筑也发生着巨大的变化。本文根据我国现代工业建筑的发展趋势,通过对福清冠捷科技工业园新厂区的深入分析,探讨我国现代工业建筑设计的应对策略。With the fast development of new technology and society, the industrial building is going through tremendous changes. According to China＇s develop- ment trend of modern industrial building, this paper tries to explore strategies of modem industrial building design in China by depth analysis of Fuqing Guan- jie Science and Technology Industrial Park.
