摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,梳理了我国体育赛事转播权的发展历程,分析了其市场开发现状以及存在的问题,并对我国体育赛事转播权市场开发趋势进行展望。研究认为:只有完善中国体育赛事转播权的法律制度,打破市场垄断,明确界定体育赛事的权利归属,采取切实措施保护好新媒体转播权,中国体育赛事转播权市场开发才能健康发展。The article discusses the development process of sports event broadcasting right.It analyzes its present situation and some problems,and prospects the development trend of sports broadcasting right in China by the methods of literature material and logic analysis.The results show that:perfecting legal system of sports broadcasting right,breaking through the situation of monopoly,straightening out the interests distribution relation,taking effective measures to protect the new media broadcasting rights and making the market development of sport broadcasting rights in China progress healthly.
