河北省退役运动员社会保障与职业发展需求研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和调查法,在描述河北省退役运动员总体情况的基础上,对河北省退役运动员的社会保障和职业发展情况进行研究。认为,当前河北省退役运动员面临着就业难题,而医疗、养老等社会保障体系还存在着明显不足。退役运动员对于技能培训和择业、创业的优惠政策需求迫切,河北省在这方面已经出台了一些政策措施,但仍需继续完善。Using the methods of literature review and investigation,this parer makes study on the social security and career development of retired athletes in Hebei province,based on the brief description of general condition of retired atheltes in Hebei province.The study shows that there are significant deficiencies in social security system of retired athletes in Hebei Province in the aspects of medical care and aged insurance.Besides,it is of great importance to provide corresponding skill trainings and preferential policies on selecting jobs and starting businesses after athletes' retirement.
