对外武术专门人才培养初探

摘　　要：通过文献资料法和访谈法,对我国武术对外推广人才培养问题进行研究。认为,在国际化的今天,对外武术专门人才培养已成为武术对外推广的重要环节。指出可以通过短期课程设置,利用高校的国际教育学院和孔子学院提供实践机会来快速培养目前急需的对外武术人才,而设立对外武术专业是系统培养相关人才的长期性战略选择。从人才培养目标、规格、具体环节及要求等方面,对对外武术专业的建设提出设想。The artical studies the problem of the shortage of Chinese foreign Wushu talents through literature material and interview methods.It thinks,in the internationalization world,cultivating foreign Wushu talents is an important link in the martial arts promotion.It indicates,by the way of setting short term courses and taking advantage of the opportunities of the international education colleges and Confucius Institute to provide practice chance,we can cultivate foreign martial arts talents to meet urgently demand at present.However,to establish foreign professional martial department is a long-term strategic choice.In the meanwhile,some ideas are put forward in the construction of foreign martial arts in the aspects of talent training goal,specifications,specific procedures,requirements and so on.
