摘　　要：将董事会战略参与过程视为从消极态度到积极态度的连续过程,以董事会战略参与为研究对象,通过对董事会战略参与的内涵与理论基础,以及董事会战略参与和董事会角色的关系、董事会战略参与的影响因素和经济后果等研究文献的梳理和评述,提出了董事会战略参与的研究框架,并展望了未来研究的方向、内容和方法,以期为国内学者的后续研究提供借鉴和启示。Board strategic involvement can be seen as a continuum from negative to positive attitudes. This study reviews theoretical perspectives of boards＇ strategic involvement, the relationship between board＇s strategic involvement and the roles of board, and determinants and consequences of board＇s strategic involvement. Lastly, we provide a framework on board＇s strategic involvement, and then propose future perspective about related researches.
