摘　　要：目的探讨研究罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在防控产妇宫颈水肿的效果。方法选取2013年1～3月浙江省嘉兴市妇幼保健院的600例产妇为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（未镇痛组）和观察组（罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼镇痛组）．每组各300例。观察并比较两组产妇的宫颈水肿发生率、产程、新生儿Apgar评分及干预前后的宫颈微循环状态。结果观察组宫颈水肿发生率低于对照组，产程短于对照组，新生儿Apgar评分优于对照组，干预后不同时间的宫颈微循环状态也均好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉镇痛在防控产妇宫颈水肿中的效果较好．且可有效缩短产程及改善宫颈微循环。Objective To investigate and study the effect of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil in preventing the cervical edema of puerperants. Methods 600 puerperants from January 2013 to March 2013 in Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Jiaxing City were selected as research objects, they were randomly divided into control group （without analgesia group） and observation group （Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil group）, with 300 cases in each group. The cervical edema rates, length of labor, neonatal Apgar score of different puerperauts and cervical micro- circulation state before and after the intervention of two groups were observed and compared. Results The cervical ede- ma rates of observation group were lower than those of control group, length of labor were shorter than those of control group, neonatal Apgar score were better than those of control group, cervical microcirculation state at different times after the intervention were better than those of control group too, the differences were statistically significant （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Ropivacaine combined with Sufentanil in preventing the cervical edema of puerperants is better, and it can effectively shorten the birth process and improve the cervical microcirculation.
