香砂六君子汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血清胃动素和胃泌素水平的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨香砂六君子汤对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血清胃动素和胃泌素水平的影响及疗效观察。方法选择糖尿病胃轻瘫患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均予以控制饮食、适量运动和注射胰岛素或口服降糖药控制血糖治疗。观察组加用香砂六君子汤治疗,疗程均为4周。观察两组治疗前后血清胃动素和胃泌素水平变化,进行临床疗效观察。结果治疗4周后,两组血清胃动素和胃泌素水平均有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降值较对照组更明显(P<0.05);同时观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=4.50,P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的效果确切,作用机制与其抑制胃动素和胃泌素的分泌,加快胃肠道运动密切相关。Objective To discuss the influence and curative effect observation of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on serum motilin and gastrin levels of patients with diabetic gastroparesis （DCP）. Methods 80 cases of patients with DCP were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given blood- sugar control treatments of diet control, moderate exercise, insulin injection, and oral antidiabetie drug （OAD）. The pa- tients in observation group were additionally given the Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction, and the course was 4 weeks. The changes of serum motilin and gastrin levels of patients in two groups before and after medical treatment were observed, and the clinical curative observation was carried on as well. Results After 4 weeks＇ medical treatment, the serum motilin and gastrin levels of patients in two groups declined obviously than before treatment （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）, and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Meanwhile, the total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group （X2=4.50, P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction has reliable curative effect on DGP, whose mechanism of action has close effect on reducing the serum motilin and gastrin levels and accelerating the gastrointestinal motility.
