摘　　要：糖尿病、代谢综合征等代谢性疾病患者体内胎球蛋白A(FA)水平显著改变。FA可抑制胰岛素受体自身磷酸化和酪氨酸激酶活性。本文综述FA与代谢性疾病的关联,探讨以调节FA表达水平作为糖尿病等代谢性疾病治疗靶点的临床意义。Fetuin-A （FA） is an inhibitor of the phosphorylation on insulin receptor tyrosine kinase. High concentration of FA in human can cause insulin resistance. Recent studies showed that impaired circulating levels of FA could be observed in patients with obesity, metabolic syndrome, and diabetes mellitus. This review describes the correlation of FA with metabolic disorder, and focuses on the role of FA and its plausible mechanisms.
