摘　　要：通过电视传播优秀文化已成为我国公共图书馆新媒体服务的亮点。然而,在互联网时代下,传统数字电视日益呈现出服务手段单一、交互应用不足、运营受制于广电企业等诸多缺点。OTT TV是基于开放互联网的视频服务,不受物理网络的限制,它集丰富多彩的文化娱乐资源、可扩展的互联网应用、个性化的展示和友好的操作体验于一体,有着巨大的发展前景。公共图书馆需要充分重视这一技术变革趋势,积极研究并开展基于OTT TV的文化服务,改善用户体验,提升服务品质。Spreading excellent culture by TV is becoming a highlight of the new media services of public libraries in our country. However, in the age of Internet, traditional digital TV has several disadvantages, such as non-diversified service, lack of interactive applications and restriction of other radio and TV companies. OTT TV is a new video service based on open Internet and not restricted by physical networks. OTT TV has a very good development prospect which has more abundant culture and entertainment resources, personal user interface, various Internet apps and better operational experience. Public libraries must pay attention to this technological tendency, research on and develop new cultural service based onOTTTV to improve users experience and promote the quality of services.
