摘　　要：通过对匈牙利国家的图书馆联盟:FEFA联盟、OTKA联盟、EISZ电子信息服务联盟、EBSCO电子期刊联盟、PROQUEST医学电子期刊联盟和TMOP联盟的研究,发现匈牙利图书馆联盟具有政府财政大力扶持、改善各成员馆IT基础设施建设等特点和缺乏资源优化配置意识等问题。探讨匈牙利图书馆联盟建设的经验,对我国图书馆联盟建设有一定的借鉴作用。Based on the research on library consortia in Hungary, including FEFA Consortium, OTKA Consortium, EISZ E-information Service Consortium, EBSCO E-Journals Consortium, PROQUEST Medical E- Journals Consortium and T.~MOP Consortium, the author finds that they have such characteristics as strong fiscal support from government and well-functioning information technology （IT） infrastructure, and such problems as lack of consciousness of resource optimal allocation. The experience of Hungary library consortia provides reference for the construction of those in our country.
