摘　　要：学科服务是图书馆与用户之间沟通的桥梁,是图书馆深化用户服务的重要工作方式。文章采用内容分析法、比较分析法等研究方法,对我国39所"985"高校图书馆网站学科服务栏目进行了评价研究。根据科学性、实用性、定量与定性相结合的评价原则确定了网站学科服务栏目评价指标,分别对学科馆员工作概况、学科馆员联系方式、学科馆员数量与学科馆员覆盖的学科、学科导航与学科服务平台进行了测评与分析,最后提出了启示和建议。Subject service is a bridge of communication between users and library, and is also a very important way for library to deepen reader service work. Based on content analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods, 39 of the subject service columns of project 985 university library websites are evaluated in this paper. According to the scientific, practical, as well as quantitative and qualitative evaluation principles, the evaluation indexes for subject service have been determined, on this basis, general situation of the work of subject librarians, subject librarians＇ contact information, the number of subject librarians and subjects covered by which, subject navigation and subject service platform, have all been evaluated and analyzed. At last, this paper puts forward some inspirations and suggestions.
