喙锁韧带重建治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨喙锁韧带重建治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效及安全性。方法将本院2010年2月～2011年2月收治的经临床检查确诊为肩锁关节脱位患者64例，按照就诊顺序分为对照组与治疗组，每组各32例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组采用喙锁韧带重建治疗。结果治疗后，治疗组的优良率明显高于对照组，伤口感染率、异物感、再脱位率等均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后患者视觉模拟评分（VAS）明显小于对照组，两组患者的肩关节评分（UCLA）差异不明显。整个研究过程中，未发现与药物相关的不良事件。结论喙锁韧带重建治疗肩锁关节脱位是一种安全、疗效确切的手术，具有操作简单、效果可靠、优良率高等优势，能够重建关节的稳定性，能提升患者的生存率．改善患者的生存质量．降低不良反应的发生率．值得推广应用。Objective To investigate efficacy and security of coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction in the treatment of acromioelavicular joint dislocation. Methods 64 cases of patients who had been diagnosed acromioclavicular disloca- tion by clinical examination in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment,the observation groups control group,each group in 32 eases.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the treatment group were given coracoelavicular ligament reconstruction therapy. Results After treatment,the fine rate of the treatment group were significantly higher,the wound infection,for- eign body sensation and dislocation rates were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;After treat- ment,the visual analog scale （VAS） of the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group, but the difference of shoulder scores （UCLA） between the two groups was not significantly.Throughout the study,drug-related adverse events were not found. Conclusion Coraeoclavicular ligament reconstruction is a safe and curative surgery in the treatment of acromioelavieular joint dislocation,with the operation is simple, reliable and higher advantage,able to reconstruct the stability of the joint,can improve the patient＇s survival rate and improve the patient＇s survival quality,re- duce the incidence of adverse reactions,is worthy of popularization and application.
