辣椒碱软膏联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨辣椒碱软膏联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法选取2011年6月～2013年5月本院收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者84例。按照治疗方法分成观察组和对照组，每组42例，观察组采用辣椒碱软膏联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗，对照组采用辣椒碱软膏治疗，观察两组的临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛评分、麻木评分和生存质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈O．05）；两组治疗后1、6个月患者的疼痛评分和麻木评分均显著下降（P〈O．05），生存质量评分均显著提高（P〈O．05），且观察组改善水平明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）：两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论辣椒碱软膏联合加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛能够有效缓解患者的临床症状，减轻疼痛程度和麻木程度，提高生存质量，安全有效，值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of axsain combined with gabapent in the treatment of resid- ual neuralgia of shingles.Methods 84 cases of patients with residual neuralgia of shingles from June 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital were analyzed according to the treatment method,and were divided into observation group and control group, each group of 42 cases,the observation group were given axsain combined with gabapent,the control group were given axsain,the clinical efficacy,pain scores,numbness scores and quality of life scores before and after treatment was observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;Af- ter l month and 6 months treatment,the numbness and pain score was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）,quality of life score was significantly increased （P〈0.05）,and the observation group improved significantly better than that of the con- trol group （P〈0.05）;There was no serious adverse events.Conclusion Axsain combined with gabapent in residual neural- gia of shingles can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,relieve pain and numbness,increase quality of life,is safe and effective,andis worthy of promotion.
