社区老年高血压患者护理干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区老年高血压患者实施护理干预的效果。方法选择2012年5～11月本社区老年高血压患者145例，全部患者实施6个月的护理干预，比较护理干预前后高血压控制率、并发症发生率、患者满意度以及生活质量情况。结果护理干预后患者高血压控制率、并发症发生率、患者满意度、生活质量评分均显著优于干预前（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预能够控制社区老年高血压患者血压水平，减少并发症发生，提高患者满意度，值得社区推广。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of the nursing invention for community elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 145 elderly hypertensive patients from May 2012 to November 2012 in our community were selected and given the nursing invention for six months. The control rate of hypertension, the incidence of complications, pa- tients＇ satisfaction and life quality score were compared before and after invention. Results The control rate of hyper- tension, the incidence of complications, satisfaction and life quality score of hypertensive patients were all significantly improved after invention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The appropriate nursing invention in community elderly hypertensive patients can not only decrease the incidence of complications and control the hypertension, but also improve the pa- tients＇ satisfaction, which should be applied in community.
