摘  要:本实验建立了测定饲料中苯丙酸诺龙含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。5,0g饲料样品经叔丁基甲醚提取后,旋转蒸发至干,5mL甲醇复溶,冷冻净化除脂后进行HPLC检测分析。以乙腈-水为流动相。采用反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法进行测定,检测波长为241nm,流速为1,0mL/min。结果表明:此条件下,苯丙酸诺龙的线性范围是0,1~25,0mg/L,回收率为92,3%~101%,方法的检测限为0,1mg/kg,定量限为0,5mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to study the method for determination of Nandrolone Phenylpropionate in feedstuff by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method.5.0 g feedstuff were chosen and extracted by tert- Butylmethyl ether,evaporated and dissolved with 5 mL methanol,then detected by HPLC.The determination conditions were as follows: 1.0 mL/min of flow rate,UV detection wavelength under 241 nm,mobile phase by acetonitrile and water. The results showed that the linearity range was 0.1 ~25.0mg/L,reeovery rate was between 92.3% ~ 101%,the limit of de- tection (LOD)was 0. 1 mg/kg and the limit of quantitation (LOQ)was 0.5mg/kg.
