高效液相色谱法测定饲料中苯丙酸诺龙含量的研究

摘　　要：本实验建立了测定饲料中苯丙酸诺龙含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。5，0g饲料样品经叔丁基甲醚提取后，旋转蒸发至干，5mL甲醇复溶，冷冻净化除脂后进行HPLC检测分析。以乙腈-水为流动相。采用反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法进行测定，检测波长为241nm，流速为1，0mL／min。结果表明：此条件下，苯丙酸诺龙的线性范围是0，1～25，0mg／L，回收率为92，3％～101％，方法的检测限为0，1mg／kg，定量限为0，5mg／kg。This experiment was conducted to study the method for determination of Nandrolone Phenylpropionate in feedstuff by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）method.5.0 g feedstuff were chosen and extracted by tert- Butylmethyl ether,evaporated and dissolved with 5 mL methanol,then detected by HPLC.The determination conditions were as follows： 1.0 mL/min of flow rate,UV detection wavelength under 241 nm,mobile phase by acetonitrile and water. The results showed that the linearity range was 0.1 ～25.0mg/L,reeovery rate was between 92.3% ～ 101%,the limit of de- tection （LOD）was 0. 1 mg/kg and the limit of quantitation （LOQ）was 0.5mg/kg.
