小蓟有效部位的提取及其大鼠灌胃液的制备

摘　　要：目的提取小蓟的有效部位并制备小蓟各提取物大鼠灌胃液。方法采用系统溶剂法提取小蓟的有效部位,并采用吐温-80增溶、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)助悬和食用油溶解等不同的方式制备小蓟各提取物大鼠灌胃液并进行稳定性观察。结果小蓟乙醇提取物的得率最大,采用色拉油溶解能较好地制备小蓟乙醚和乙酸乙酯提取物灌胃液;采用较高温度下CMC-Na助悬能较好地制备小蓟乙醇提取物灌胃液。结论系统溶剂法能较好地提取小蓟各有效部位,小蓟各提取物大鼠灌胃液制备方法可行,稳定性好。Objective To extract the effective fraction of Herba cepbalanoplosis segeti and prepare the rat gastric irri- gation.Methods The effective fractions of Herba cepbalanoplosis segeti were extracted by systematic solvent method. The extract solution Herba cepbalanoplosis segeti of rat gastric irrigation were prepared by different ways,such as solu- bilization with tween 80,suspension with CMC-Na solution and dissolution with edible oil.Moreover,the stability of solution was observed.Results The yield rate of the ethanol extract was maximum.The solution of the ether and ethyl acetate extract were prepared well with salad oil as solvent;whereas the solution of the ethanol extract was prepared well with CMC-Na solution at higher temperatures.Conclusion The effective fraction of Herba cepbalanoplosis segeti can be extracted well by systematic solvent method and the preparation methods of the extract solution of rat gastric ir- rigation are feasible and stable.
