复合乳酸菌胶囊联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿肺炎继发性腹泻的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察复合乳酸菌胶囊联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿肺炎继发性腹泻的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年7月～2013年6月收治的68例婴幼儿肺炎继发性腹泻患者，按住院尾号分为观察组（34例）和对照组（34例），观察组采用复合乳酸菌胶囊联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗，对照组采用复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗．对比两组的疗效、相关临床症状改善时间、治愈时间及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为91．18％，对照组总有效率为70．59％，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；观察组相关临床症状改善时间及治愈时间明显短于对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论复合乳酸菌胶囊联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗婴幼儿肺炎继发性腹泻有显著疗效，无明显不良反应，值得推广应用。Objective To observe clinical effect of compound lactobacillus capsule combined with xingpi yanger granule in the treatment of infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea.Methods 68 cases with infantile pneumonia secondary diar- rhea patients in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected and divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases）according to hospitalization tail number.Compound lactobacillus capsule combined with xingpi yanger granule were used in observation group,compound lactobacillus capsule was used in control group.The therapeutic effect,relevant clinical symptom improve time,healing time and incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 91.18%,total effective rate of control group was 70.59%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Relevant clinical symptom improve time and healing time of obser- vation group was significantly shorter than that of control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）.Incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference（P〉O.05）.Conclusion Compound lacto- bacillus capsule combined with xingpi yanger granule in the treatment of infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea has significant effect,without significant adverse reaction.It is worthy of popularization and application.
