舒适护理在糖尿病合并低血糖患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在糖尿病合并低血糖患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2010年1月～2012年12月收治的64例糖尿病合并低血糖患者，依据护理措施的不同分为观察组（舒适护理组）和对照组（常规护理组），比较两组患者经护理后临床症状、并发症的改善情况。结果观察组患者在临床症状改善、复发率及满意度方面均优于对照组，观察组的总有效率为93．75％，且未出现低血糖复发患者，明显高于对照组的75．00％（P〈O．05）；观察组总满意率为93．75％，明显高于对照组的71．88％（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理能显著改善糖尿病合并低血糖患者的临床症状，使其脱离危险，降低复发率，促使患者正确、规律用药，值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with diabetic hypo- glycemia. Methods 64 cases of diabetic patients with hypoglycemia were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010.According to the different nursing measures,they were divided into observation group（comfortable nurs- ing group） and control group（routine nursing group）.The clinical symptoms and improved conditions of complications be- tween the two groups were compared. Results Patients in observation group were better than those of control group in the aspects of clinical symptoms improved conditions,recurrence rate and satisfaction.The total cure rate of observation group was 93.75% ,with no patients developed hypoglycemia recurrence,which was lower than that of control group （75.00%）（P〈O.OS）.The total satisfaction rate of observation group was 93.75%,which was apparently higher than that of control group（71.88%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of pa- tients with diabetic hypoglycemia,which can make them out of danger,and reduce the recurrence rate,encourage patients to use drug regularly and correctly.It is worthy of clinical use.
