家庭护理干预对老年肾衰竭透析患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭护理干预对肾衰竭透析患者生活质量的影响。方法选择在本院进行常规透析3年、年龄>60岁的肾衰竭患者83例,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组42例给予常规透析护理,实验组41例除透析时给予常规护理之外,同时进行家庭护理。家庭护理实施6个月后采用生活满意度量表评估患者的生活满意度,同时比较患者一般生理指标的变化情况。结果在本研究开展前两组患者生活满意度评分及相关生理指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究开展6个月后,实验组生活满意度评定量表、生活满意度指数A及生活满意指数B等各项评分均明显高于对照组[分别为(20.16±1.39)vs(14.71±0.68),(17.23±0.98)vs(14.35±0.71),(19.34±0.78)vs(15.09±1.12)](P<0.05),且实验组血肌酐、血红蛋白等生理指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭护理于预可显著提高肾衰竭透析患者的生活质量,减少肾衰竭患者的不良心理情绪和透析不良反应的发生,有利于维持较佳的身体功能状态。Objective To discuss the influence of family nursing intervention on the quality of life for the elderly pa- tients with renal failure in dialysis. Methods 83 cases with the age over 60 years in our department conventional dial- ysis more than three years were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group.The control group con- sisted with 42 cases was given conventional dialysis care,41 cases in the experimental group on the basis of the con- ventional care,they were given with family nursing.Mter the study taken 6 months later,the life satisfaction scale was used for the evaluation of patients＇ life satisfaction,and at the same time the changes of generally physiological indexes between the two groups were compared. Results Before the study,life satisfaction score and related physiological index- es in both groups had no obvious statistical difference （P〉0.05）;After the study was taken for 6 months,the life satisfac- tion scale,life satisfaction index A,life satisfaction index B in the experimental group were all higher than those of con trol group[（20.16±l.39） vs （14.71±0.68）,（17.23±0.98） vs （14.35±0.71）, （19.34±0.78） vs （15.09±1.12） for respectively] （P〈O.05）,and the physiological indexes such as serum ereatinine,hemoglobin in the experimental group were all superior to those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The family nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with renal dialysis,reduces the patients with kidney failure of the emotional and psychological dialysis adverse events, helps to maintain a better body function condition.
