母婴同室风险管理的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在母婴同室中的应用。方法回顾性分析2006～2009年（对照组）、2010～2013年（观察组）在本院出生并入母婴同室的3491、3580例新生儿的临床资料，评估母婴同室护理中潜在的医疗风险，制订并落实母婴同室新生儿护理的风险防范措施，提高护士风险防范意识和能力，坚持“零缺陷”管理理念的风险管理。结果与对照组比较，观察组的差错、事故、医疗纠纷及新生儿并发症发生率明显降低，产妇及其家属满意度明显提高，两组问比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论风险管理可提高母婴同室护理管理质量，降低母婴同室护理的风险。Objective To investigate the application of risk management in the rooming-in. Methods The clinical ma- terials of 3491 and 3580 newborns born in our hospital and were given with rooming-in from 2006 to 2009 （the control group） and 2010 to 2013 （the observation group） respectively were reviewed and analyzed.The potential health risks in the rooming-in care was assessed,the neonatal nursing risk prevention measures were formulated and put into practice, nurse awareness of risk prevention and capacity were improved to adhere to the concept of ＂Zero Defect＂ risk manage- ment. Results Compared with the control group,the error, the occurrence of accidents,maternal disputes and complica- tions of the observation group were all significantly reduced,and the degree of satisfaction was significantly enhanced, the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk managements can improve the manage- ment of rooming-in care quality and reduce the risk of rooming-in care.
