九江地区综合医院循证护理现状调查及发展策略研究

摘　　要：目的了解九江地区综合医院护理人员对循证护理的认知情况并提出循证护理发展策略。方法自设问卷对九江市3所三级甲等综合医院320名护理人员进行护理现状调查,并进行数据分析。结果九江地区临床护理人员对循证护理认知情况不佳,认知情况差异与护龄、学历有关(P<0.05);大多数护士愿意进行循证护理的学习运用,32.50%的护理人员希望学习了解循证护理,护士认知态度差别与被调查者学历、职称有关(P<0.05);护士自主学习主动性不高,自主学习循证护理的渠道不通畅,医院实践循证护理环境不佳。结论循证护理发展主要依赖于医院的引导,医院应当从观念改变到知识技能学习,再到运用实践,全方位创造适合循证护理发展的环境,才能有效促进循证护理发展。Objective To understand the cognition situation and to propose development strategy of evidence-based nursing in general hospital in Jiujiang City. Methods 320 nurses of 3 general hospitals in Jiujiang City were investi- gated by questionnaire. The data was analyzed. Results Nurses of Jiujiang City were in poor cognition situation about evidence-based nursing, the difference of cognition was related to nursing age and educational background （P〈0.05）; most nurses were willing to learn and use evidence-based nursing, 32.50% nurses wanted to learn about evidence- based care, the difference of attitudes was related to educational background and professional titles（P〈0.05）. Self-learn- ing initiative was not high, self-learning channel of evidence-based nursing was not smooth, the hospital environment was not good for evidence-based nursing practice. Conclusion The development of evidence-based nursing mainly de- pends on the hospital＇s guidance, the hospital should create an environment suitable for the development of evidence- based care from the concept to the learning of knowledge and skills, and to practice environment, so as to effectively promote the development of evidence-based nursing.
