摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜联合钬激光技术腔内治疗尿道狭窄的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的40例男性尿道狭窄患者,随机均分为钬激光组和冷刀内切组。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中失血量、最大尿流率、住院时间、复发率、再手术率和并发症发生率的差异。结果钬激光组手术时间长于冷刀内切组(P<0.05),术中失血量少于冷刀内切组,最大尿流率高于冷刀内切组,住院时间短于冷刀内切组(P<0.05);钬激光组复发率和再手术率均显著低于冷刀内切组(P<0.05);钬激光组术后并发症发生率为15.0%,显著低于冷刀内切组的45.0%(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜联合钬激光技术腔内治疗尿道狭窄的效果确切,具有创伤小、安全和有效等优点。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy combined with holmium laser technology en- dovascular treatment for urethral stricture.Methods 40 cases of patients with male urethral stricture in our hospital were randomly divided into holmium laser group and cold knife cut group.The operative time,blood loss,maximum flow rate,hospitalization time,relapse rate,reoperation rate and complication rate of two groups was compared.Results Com- pared with that of cold knife cut group,the operative time was longer,blood loss was less,maximum flow rate was higher, and hospitalization time was shorter in holmium laser group （P〈0.05）.The relapse and reoperation rate of holmium laser group was significantly lower than that of cold knife cut group （P〈O.OS）.The complication rate of holmium laser group was 15.0%,which was significantly lower than 45.0% of cold knife cut group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ureteroseopy com- bined with holmium laser technology endovascular treatment for urethral stricture has exact efficacy with less trauma, safe and effective advantages.
