摘 要:研究了新型植物基环保型橡胶油的制备工艺,并对制得的橡胶油进行了红外光谱表征、理化性质测试和多环芳烃有害物质的检测。结果表明,制备植物基环保型橡胶油的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸摩尔比2/1,反应温度180℃,催化剂质量分数为总物料的1.5%;该橡胶油为邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,不含任何多环芳烃物质,是一种新型的植物基环保型橡胶油。The preparation technology for a new plant-based and eco-friendly rubber oil was studied, the prepared rubber oil was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, the physical and chemical properties of the rubber oil and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) hazardous substance were also detected. The results showed that the optimal conditions for preparation of plant-based and eco-friendly rubber oil were as follows:the mole ratio of alcohol to acid 2/1, reaction temperature 180 ℃ and the mass fraction of catalyst 1.5%. The rubber oil was phthalate easter and no PAHs were detected in it,it was a new plant-based and eco-friendly rubber oil.
