摘 要:金沙江下游水电站工程在规划、设计、施工期间及建成运行后将产生大量的水文泥沙和地形数据。为系统掌握金沙江下游梯级水电站的泥沙淤积规律,加强流域内水文站、水位站、雨量站及其监测数据的长期有序、安全有效的管理和应用,开发了金沙江下游水文泥沙数据库及信息管理系统。系统包含水道地形自动成图与图形编辑、水文泥沙数据库管理子系统、信息查询与输出、水文泥沙分析与预测、三维可视化等5个子系统。着重对整个系统的软件体系结构和子系统功能及模块进行了介绍,可供同类型梯级水库群调度信息管理借鉴与参考。A large amount of sedimentation and topography data will be generated during the periods of planning, design, con struction and completion of the cascade hydropower projects on lower Jinsha River. To systematically master the laws of sedimen tation in lower reaches of Jinsha River, strengthen safe and effective long term management of hydrologic station, gauging sta tion, rainfall station and their monitoring data, the hydrology and sediment database and information management system is devel oped and applied. The system includes 5 subsystems, namely automatic mapping and graphics editing of channel topography, hy drology and sediment database management, input and output of information, analysis and forecast of sedimentation, as well as three dimensional visualization. The software systematic structure, as well as functions, modules of the subsystems are compre hensively illustrated.
