摘  要:为提高触发旋转火花开关的稳定性和可靠性,研制了一套输出电压及频率可调的高压脉冲触发系统。该系统应用多脉冲触发模式,采用可调直流电源和储能电容作为能源系统,利用半导体开关器件绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)作为主开关控制放电周期和脉冲宽度,由数模混合电路构成信号源控制IGBT的通断,经过高压脉冲变压器在负载上获得需要的高压脉冲。实验结果表明,该系统在500 Hz的重复频率下能连续稳定地输出高于38 kV的高压重频脉冲,脉冲宽度为20μs,能稳定触发旋转火花开关。通过多脉冲触发的应用,提高了触发系统的可靠性和稳定性、减小了触发系统的体积和重量。In order to improve the stability and reliability of triggering rotated spark switch, a highvoltage pulse trigger system with adjustable frequency and output voltage is developed. The system works in multipulse trigger mode. Em ploying an adjustable DC power supply and storage capacitors as its energy system, the system manages the discharge period and pulse width through an insulation gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), which is controlled by a signal source consti tuted by digital and analog circuits. Eventually the highvoltage pulse transformer generates highvoltage pulses on loads. Experimental results show that the system can output highvoltage repetition pulses with voltage over 38 kV, repetition frequency of 500 Hz, and pulse width of 20 μs continuously and stably, which can trigger rotated spark switches reliably. It is concluded that the system has improved reliability and stability, and its volume and weight are reduced by applying the multipulse trigger mode.
