冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者C-反应蛋白水平的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的 分析临床检验中C-反应蛋白水平变化的意义.方法 选择2011年6月～2013年1月湖北省仙桃市第一人民医院和福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者50例作为研究对象,其中20例患者为稳定性心绞痛（SA组）,12例为不稳定性心绞痛（UA组）,18例为心肌梗死（AMI组）,检测并记录各组患者的C-反应蛋白水平.结果 各组冠心病患者血清中的C-反应蛋白含量较正常参考值均明显升高,其中AMI组和UA组患者的C-反应蛋白含量明显比SA组患者高,差异有统计学意义（t=4.303,P＜0.05）;SA组、UA组及AMI组患者治疗后C-反应蛋白水平[（4.89±1.03）、（6.83±1.09）、（7.42±l.14）mg/L]较治疗前[（6.16±1.50）、（8.65±1.40）、（9.28±1.22） mg/L]均明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 临床检验中C-反应蛋白水平变化能够有效预测并早期确诊相关疾病.Objective To analyze the significance of C-reactive protein level changes in clinical testing.Methods 50 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease from June 2011 to January 2013 in Blood Transfusion Department of the First People＇s Hospital of Xiantao City and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were se lected as study objects,20 patients were with stable angina （SA group）,12 patients with unstable angina （UA group）,18 patients with myocardial infarction （AMI group）,C-reactive protein levels of three groups were measured and recorded.Results The serum C-reactive protein contents of patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than normal reference values; the C-reactive protein of AMI and UA group patients were significantly higher than that of the SA group,the differences were statistically significant （t =4.303,P 〈 0.05）; the C-reactive protein levels of coronary heart disease patients in SA group,UA group and AMI group after treatment [（4.89±1.03）,（6.83±1.09）,（7.42±1.14） mg/L] decreased significantly than those before treatment [（6.16±1.50）,（8.65±1.40）,（9.28±1.22） mg/L],the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The C-reactive protein levels in clinical examination can effectively and early predict and diagnose related diseases.
