摘　　要：本文报道湖北医药学院附属太和医院2012年在1050例经桡动脉途径介入中1例桡神经损伤患者,对患者术前、术中和术后三个阶段进行护理。通过护理后发现桡神经损伤症状减轻。证实经桡动脉穿刺行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是治疗冠心病的一种安全有效的方式,其并发症发生率较低,有效积极的护理可以进一步减少和避免术后并发症和不良反应的发生,使各种风险尽可能降至最低。This reporter is about 1 case of radial nerve injury from 1050 patients through radial artery intervention in Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical University in 2012.The nursing process include 3 stage including preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative period.The radial nerve injury symptoms are moderate after nursing.The radial artery puncture PCI therapy is a safe and effective way to treat coronary heart disease,it has low incidence of complications; effective positive nursing can further reduce and avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications and adverse reaction,make all kinds of risk to minimize as much as possible.
