大庆地区马齿苋总黄酮含量测定方法探讨

摘　　要：目的 为大庆地区马齿苋的内在质量分析提供依据.方法 马齿苋先用石油醚除去亲脂性杂质,再用甲醇超声提取得到总黄酮;以槲皮素为对照,采用AlCl3显色法测定总黄酮含量.结果 槲皮素在0.0624～0.9984 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程y=1.4224X-0.0234（r=0.9991）.结论 该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于大庆地区马齿苋的总黄酮含量测定.Objective To provide the basis for internal quality analysis of Portulaca oleaacea L.in Daqing.Methods Portulaca oleaacea L.was degreased with ligarine,extracted total flavonoids with methanol by the ultrasonic extraction method.The content of total flavonids was determined by AlCl3 colorimetry by comparing with quercetin.Results Comparion showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.0624-0.9984 μg/mL,regression equation was Y =1.4224X0.0234 （r =0.9991）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repetitious,which can be used in determination of the content of total flavonoids fom Portulaca oleaacea L.in Daqing.
